Paul directs Selly Park Singers with organist Thomas Howell performing a choral re-imagining of Vivaldi’s enduringly popular The Four Seasons. Composed for 2025 by Joanna Forbes L’Estrange in the 300th anniversary year of Vivaldi’s most famous work, A Season to Sing weaves into these well-loved melodies various texts from poetry and the Bible on the subject of spring, summer, autumn and winter! As one of the 55 international commissioning choirs, SPS is excited to perform this work to celebrate the centenary of St Francis’ Church.
